Hi, I’m Lucy, and I’ve been running on and off for over 10 years. Like many women, I first turned to running to shed the baby weight, but I quickly learned it wasn’t that simple. Balancing weight loss while fueling properly for runs was a real struggle. I’d often feel drained, frustrated, and unsure of how to nourish my body for the results I wanted.

That’s why I created Nourish and Stride, an 8 week group nutrition program designed especially for runners like you.

My Journey to Creating Nourish and Stride

After years of trial and error—and plenty of research—I decided enough was enough. I dedicated myself to studying nutrition (earning an RSPH Level 4 qualification) and experimenting with strategies that worked for me as a busy mum and runner.

I’ve combined my education with real-life experience to design a program that empowers runners to:

  • Lose weight in a sustainable, healthy way.

  • Properly fuel their bodies for running and everyday life.

  • Build habits that stick—no extreme diets or deprivation.

Nourish and Stride isn’t about quick fixes or cutting corners. It’s about creating a supportive, achievable path to your goals while keeping the joy in running and food.

What to Expect

This 12-week group program kicks off on Tuesday May 6th at 7pm and features:

  • Weekly 1-hour group sessions packed with actionable advice and guidance.

  • Strategies to fuel your runs without sabotaging your weight loss efforts.

  • A focus on whole, delicious foods you’ll enjoy integrating into your life.

  • Support from a group of like-minded individuals who “get it.”
