I'm Lucy - a marathon runner, nutrition coach, and menopausal woman who has navigated exactly what you're going through.
I didn't find my way to this work through a textbook. I found it because my own body changed, my performance dipped, and the advice I'd always trusted stopped making sense. So I went looking for answers - and then I built a practice around sharing them.
I work exclusively with menopausal and perimenopausal runners. Not as a side niche. As the whole point.
