"I’m absolutely loving my journey with Lucy. Nearly at the end of my first block and I’m enjoying planning my foods and not reaching for the take away menus. Take away now is most days treat for us! Even hubbie  is so keeping an eye on how many portions of fruit/ veg he’s having a day!

“I did a nutrition course with Lucy, which was really interesting and unexpectedly empowering. Lucy took a lot of time talking to me and understanding my food triggers and weak spots and what I wanted to achieve, with me it was mainly weight loss. I have a weakness for a sweet snack and we talked at length about what triggered that and why it originally started and looked at the psychology of why I fall into that trap. We also looked into my daily diet and I kept a food diary which I submitted to Lucy weekly, she then analysed that and reported back to me where my diet was lacking and the effect that was having. It came to light that I wasn’t eating enough! My method of dieting was rubbish. This lack of real food nutrition was part of the reason I reached for sweet snacks. When I realised I could eat so much more, things started to fall into place, my energy levels increased, my sleep pattern improved. Lucy gently encouraged me without making me feel guilty when I went off track and because I was reporting to her and felt accountable I found it easier to stay on track. Thank you Lucy!”
